Yeah I usualy draw the sketch first and then start designing, becouse it's easier to get picture out of mind for me, but there are many ways you can get it done..

i love it, minus the grainy texture over the smoother parts. its good on the bg but not on the layout parts...

hmm I didnt think too much about those parts, the texture in the bg is different from texture on the smooth parts, becouse in the background I made it with shadows and light, in the parts are only lights..

What I meant is it looks grainy where I would've thought it to be smooth from the looks of the rest of the interface. It looks OK but I like when you make everything smooth and shiny
